4. Workspace Ownership and Employee Access
Workspace owners control access for employees within their workspace, including roles and module permissions. Owners are responsible for actions taken by users they grant access to.

You agree to use YMC OS only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these terms.
6. Prohibited Actions
- Illegal use of the service.
- Unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, or systems.

You are responsible for the data you enter into YMC OS and must have all necessary rights to upload and use that data.
8. Subscriptions
YMC OS subscription pricing is always denominated in US Dollars (USD). The business currency you configure inside your workspace is separate and is only used for your internal business operations.
9. Service Availability
The service may evolve, change, or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control.
10. Coming Soon and Beta Modules
Some features may be marked as Coming Soon or beta. These features are not guaranteed until officially released and may change or be removed.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YMC OS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

YMC OS does not provide legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.
13. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for actions that harm the service or other users.
