Subscription & Refund Policy

This policy describes subscription billing, cancellation, and refund handling for YMC OS at ymcos.io.

1. Subscription Plans

YMC OS is offered through subscription plans. Plan features and included modules may vary based on the plan you select.

2. Subscription Currency

Subscription prices are always denominated in US Dollars (USD). Your selected language, country, or workspace business currency does not change the YMC OS subscription currency.

3. Workspace Business Currency

The currency you configure inside your workspace is separate from the subscription currency and is used only for your internal business operations such as POS, sales, and reports.

4. Billing Cycles

Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or annual cycle, depending on the plan selected.

5. Plan Features and Modules

Certain modules and features may be enabled or limited based on your selected plan.

6. One Subscription per Workspace

Each subscription covers one workspace/business. Multi-branch operations are not included unless separately subscribed.

7. Cancellation

Until self-service billing controls are available, you may request cancellation by contacting contact@ymcos.io.

8. Refunds

  • YMC OS is a digital SaaS service. Refunds are generally not guaranteed once access has been provided.
  • Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Where consumer protection laws apply, applicable rights will be honored.

9. Failed Payments and Non-Payment

If a subscription payment fails or remains unpaid, access to the service may be limited or suspended until the balance is resolved.

10. Changes to Pricing

We may update subscription pricing. Material pricing changes will be communicated where applicable before they take effect.
